We always tell patients to allow at least 10 business days from the day of consultation (provided the consultation has been paid for) until you hear from the pharmacy that is ready to dispense your medication.

We recommend using our preferred pharmacies to have your medication dispensed. Our preferred pharmacies are experienced in dispensing plant-based medicine and can offer the following benefits:

1. Competitive recommended retail price & reasonable dispensing fees
2. Postage to patients anywhere in Australia ($10 – $40)
3. Fewer delays with no state restrictions that can slow down the prescription process

If you choose to use your local pharmacy which is not a CDA preferred pharmacy, you may experience delays while the pharmacy navigates dispensing regulations for the first time, unknown dispensing and shipping fees and a lack of knowledge to help counsel you through your treatment journey.
