Eligible patients may access concession discounts and consultation bundles. 

• Telehealth consultations are done primarily over the phone. We can provide a video conference facility if the condition requires it. At the time of the consultation the clinician will call you on your mobile or phone number provided. We can organise the prescription to be mailed to the pharmacy. The pharmacy can provide shipping of the product.
• Repeat prescription is available through follow up consults only.
• DVA, PHI, NDIS, Work Cover, additional product applications and other additional administration may incur an admin fee.
• Please make sure to make yourself available for this consultation appointment and save our phone number into your phone.
