How can I make a complaint?
Candor Medical now delivers all patient care previously provided by CDA Clinics. During the transition, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth experience for all patients, including those with existing prescriptions.
Candor Medical is currently experiencing longer than usual wait times. For urgent concerns, please email experience@candor.org.
Please include your full name, date of birth, phone number and outline the issue, desired outcome, and any relevant details such as appointment dates, medications, or staff/pharmacy names.
