How can I make a complaint?
If you’re unhappy with parts of our service, please call our Patient Care Team and explain the issue. The Patient Care Team is able to resolve most issues quickly. However, if the staff member cannot resolve the issue, they will escalate your case and a supervisor will contact you when available.

If you’d like to make a formal complaint, please contact info@cdaclinics.com.au with the subject line – Formal Complaint. Email complaints must include the patient’s full name, date of birth and phone number. Please outline the reason for the complaint and the outcome or resolution that you’re seeking, as well as any other relevant information such as dates, dosages, staff names, pharmacy names, and medications.
